Returns and Exchanges
In an effort to keep the handling of your purchase to a minimum and with the safety of our clients in mind—our return and exchange policies are as follows:
Exchanges and website credits are available up to 5 days from the date you receive your order. We do not issue refunds.
Clothing is eligible for exchange or website credit up to 5 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be unworn with tags attached to be eligible for exchange or website credit.
Any item returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains or other damage will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
Accessories- jewelry, scarves, wraps, handbags, and slippers are final sale items and not eligible for return or exchange.
Intimate apparel, bras, camisoles, slips and shapewear are final sale items due to their personal nature and may not be returned or exchanged.
Sale items are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Making a Return
Please refer to our Return Policies to ensure your return is eligible.
Complete the return form located at the bottom of the page and include it in the box you are returning.
Please be sure to securely package and insure your return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed by Ann Marie’s Boutique.
We recommend using UPS, USPS or FedEx for returns and ask that you email us the tracking information. Ann Marie’s is not responsible for packages lost while in-transit to us.
